CTW Distribution ("CTW", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website, applying to become a dealer, or purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

Who this applies to

CTW is a prepaid wireless master agent that works primarily with independent retail businesses (dealers). This policy applies to visitors to our website, dealers and dealer applicants, and anyone who contacts us or places an order. It does not govern the separate privacy practices of the carriers or third-party platforms we work with, which maintain their own policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the dealer application, use our contact form, create an account, or place an order, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing information, the carriers you are interested in, and anything else you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

  • To review and process dealer applications and set up dealer accounts and carrier access.
  • To process orders, arrange shipping, and provide customer and dealer support.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • To send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf — for example website hosting, payment platforms (such as ePay and Emida), shipping carriers, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Wireless carriers. When needed to enable the carrier programs and activations a dealer requests.
  • Advertising partners. Providers that help us measure and deliver advertising may receive certain online identifiers via cookies. Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" — see your rights below.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies & tracking

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with analytics and advertising cookies, to understand usage and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), for opting out of sharing where applicable.

Your privacy choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
  • Adjust or block cookies in your browser.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (see Contact us).

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
  • Request access to and a copy of that information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You may submit a request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will verify your request using the information we hold before responding.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
